The InMotion chair bike is the solution to train your calves, thighs and buttocks under an ordinary sitting desk. Place your feet on the large anti-slip pedals and get moving. The oval crosstrain movement keeps your knees low and provides a safe and comfortable way to train. With the adjustable resistance you can set the intensity of the training, while the display shows the distance.

Inmotion-Videos

The pedaling motion form the InMotion can help strengthen your calves and hamstrings. Plus, it can workout the muscles in your core and back. Using a mini bike with handles can also train your upper body muscles, including your biceps, triceps and shoulders.

Extra pedals

The Inmotion chair bike comes standard with handy extra pedals. These ensure that the Inmotion can be used with the front part of the foot. You then, as it were, push against the Inmotion and you do not have to place your feet on the footbed. This way you get even more exercise comfort.

Option: Anti-slip ring

To prevent your office chair from slipping while you push yourself against the InMotion, you can order an Anti-slip ring from the Inmotion for under the wheel of your office chair.
