The HE Mouse has 5 buttons including scroll wheel.

Green means 'good', orange that you should take a break, red that you skipped a break or that the total daily mouse time has been exceeded. By using the so-called 'traffic light colors' you receive feedback about healthy (break) behavior in a simple and positive way.

Encourage the mouse to take frequent breaks. These vital interruptions help in the prevention of overloaded muscles and tendons in the arm and hand, stimulate the blood circulation in the body and help to change (often unconscious) behavior in a simple way.

The R-Go HE Mouse from R-Go Tools is an ergonomic vertical mouse, unique due to a neutral, relaxed position of the hand and wrist combined with a perfect and comfortable grip. The design provides optimal support.

This vertical position of the mouse ensures a desired mouse movement from the forearm instead of from the wrist.

The design and material with special grip ensure that the mouse lies comfortably in the hand and is pleasant to use.

R-Go HE Break Mouse Vertical

The HE Mouse has 5 buttons including scroll wheel. The scroll wheel is used for navigation and can be operated by both the index finger and the middle finger.

The thumb operates the forward and backward buttons on the side of the thumb gutter.

The Large version has an extra DPI button. The mouse can be used on all regular desk surfaces.
